1. Grant of Licence

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Netrigo Game Studios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited licence to install and play one copy of the Game on a device you own or control for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not convey title or ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Platforms

Blood & Silence is distributed through authorised platforms:

• Steam (Valve Corporation)
• Epic Games Store (Epic Games, Inc.)

Each platform may impose additional terms of service which apply alongside this EULA.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or transfer the Game
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Game
• Use cheats, bots, hacks, or any unauthorised third-party software
• Use the Game for commercial purposes without prior written consent
• Remove or obscure any copyright or proprietary rights notices

4. Intellectual Property

Blood & Silence, including all characters (Mara Cole, Harrow, Silas Vane, and all others), story, world design, Ashvale, all audio, visual assets, software code, and written content are the exclusive intellectual property of Netrigo Game Studios, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Fan art, fan fiction, and non-commercial creative works inspired by Blood & Silence are permitted provided they clearly identify as unofficial, do not misrepresent official material, and are not used commercially without a separate written licence.

5. User-Generated Content

If the Game permits user-generated content, you retain ownership of content you create. By sharing such content through the Game or associated services, you grant Netrigo Game Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for operational and promotional purposes.

6. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, patch, or discontinue the Game or any portion thereof at any time without prior notice. Updates may modify gameplay mechanics, features, or content. DLC and post-launch content may be subject to separate pricing or terms.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Game, you confirm you have read and understood our privacy practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Netrigo Game Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game.

10. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies in your possession.

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Türkiye, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
